Project Management at The Sekura Group

The Sekura Group aims to allocate a key account manager to each client from day one. This enables the client to have a single point of contact to resolve any issues arising.

By working closely with Profile 22, the Sekura Group can offer not only their own expertise in PVCu fabrication but also that of the extruders technical team.

The Sekura Group operates a full partnering management system to ensure collaborative working and high levels of communication with all parties throughout the project with the client, resident and other trades. This service includes pre-contract meetings, progress reporting, resident liaison meetings, surveying, scheduling of works, key performance indicator measures and post inspection checks including full resident hand over.

All of this enables us to offer complete commitment to Partnering agreements and we have been involved in both formal and informal partnering arrangements on a variety of projects. It also enables us to deliver the scope of work within agreed budgets and timescales set out.

This project management system enables us to achieve a zero defect product at a very high standard to the client and this is why we have gained strong working relationships over a long period of time with all of our clients.
