Charles Hil, Managing Director

Charles is the founder and owner of The Sekura Group and has several years experience in his role. Charles is actively involved with all staff and clients and is constantly working to keep maintaining and improving our company through training and investment.

Michelle Ayre, Director / Company Secretary

Michelle has a vast experience and knowledge within her role and is a vital member of the Senior Management Team in the company overseeing day to day operations and working closely with all staff and clients.

Peter Askew, Senior Contracts Manager

Peter leads our team of Contracts Managers overseeing the survey and installation of all contracts undertaken by our company. Peter is also responsible for all on site health & safety and undertakes all risk assessments etc required by the organisation.

Barry Wake, Commercial Executive

Barry has several years experience in the industry. Barry’s role is to identify new business opportunities and liaise with clients to secure contracts on behalf of the organisation including completion of all PQQs and Tenders the company receives.

Commercial Team

Our commercial team oversee the administration of all contracts from order inputting, to liaising with clients and tenants for surveys and installations through to account management.

Factory & Installations

Our factory, installations and dispatch teams oversee the successful production, delivery and installation of all our products to the required locations on time every time.
